According to a short news report I read on Yahoo! this morning, some guy made 28K/month writing positive book reviews that were fake. I'm aware that there are people out there who write fake reviews, or even legit book reviews for a fee, so I want to get this out in the open right now.
I'm not one of them.
I am not paid per post, per review, per mention, per whatever. While there is nothing wrong with charging a fee to review somebody else's book, I'm not interested in that because it does create a bias. I review new fiction because I like reading, I like blogging, and I really like fiction.
